You will have to dig up all your pertinent medical records yourself, no one can do that better than you, however they will guide you and keep a meticulous record of all actions, exchanges, phone calls, emails, everything required by the SSA. I found this to be critical when a problem arises.

When I finally got to the ALJ hearing, my case was full of details and records, and the ALJ found me fully favorable without the hearing.

When I first reached out to Evans Disability, I was getting the runaround from SSA. I have autistic twins with similar names … More and their ss# were getting mixed up ... I'm 3 phone calls that issue was rectified and I was expedited to determination! 3 months later and one twin has been approved and the other has her final assessment with determination next week!
I'll be back with another review in about a month when my other baby gets here approval!
I've heard horror stories about disability lawyers dragging out cases to maximize their cut, that was NOT my experience here and they don't take a lot once approved.
