Jennifer (Jen) is a fun, loving, compassionate, free spirit with a true passion for helping others.
As a Legal Assistant at Evans Disability, Jen strives to assist clients with the difficult task of applying for disability benefits. She helps translate the application questions to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. Jen also helps answer and return calls to clients with questions regarding their situation and claim. Additionally, she works alongside our team to lend a hand in areas that need the most attention. Jen believes that every disabled individual deserves to have an advocate in their corner, assisting them with each step of filing for Social Security Disability Benefits.
Jen’s drive and desire to help stems from witnessing close family members suffer from crippling disabilities. Her aunt passed away in June of 2021 after enduring major complications with Osteoporosis, which made it impossible for her to move without breaking bones. Jen’s mother was severely disabled with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She watched as her mother struggled with everyday chores and doing the things that she loved. Her mother’s health slowly deteriorated for thirty years until she tragically lost her struggle with the disease in February of 2019. Since then, Jen has made it her mission to do whatever she can to assist others who suffer from similar hardships.
The loss of her closest loved ones shaped her enthusiasm for life. She treats each day as a gift and strives to share her gratitude with everyone she meets. When Jen’s away from the office you can find her with her family and friends enjoying football and the outdoors. She loves camping, gardening, four-wheeling, and traveling. Her absolute favorite places to be, are at the ocean or up in the mountains. She also dreams of traveling across the U.S. and visiting all fifty states.
